I found the vehicle I wanted. We came to an agreed upon price. Tyler told me it would be $56, 000 out the door except for sales tax. Then when they added up the numbers they added on over $1300 of hidden add ons. They are hidden dealer gimmicks that they slipped in without explaining them to me. I felt like it was a bait and switch con game.

Let me preface this by saying that I hate buying cars. I procrastinated for months because I do not like the car buying experience.
I was impressed with the level of service. Every time I walked in the door, I was promptly greeted by the first person I saw. My salesperson Juan was very attentive, without being pushy - I really appreciate that! Juan followed through on every question or action he promised, making the whole experience very comfortable and smooth.
David, the finance manager was also impressive. He did not waste our time and he guided us through the process without any pressure.
So, overall, this was a good experience, and we love the pickup!
